The host should have turned off his own mic when he was not asking questions, that laugh and breath were terribly annoying. And asking Mark how was his audition for Force Awakens is one hell of a stupid question.

I definitely agree on the mic thing. It sounds like a bad horror movie at best, a bad hide-and-seek player at worst.
@ramseypietronasser2
@ramseypietronasser2 6 жыл бұрын
If there are two audio tracks, one for each mic, it would be possible to edit out unwanted noise. It's probable that the audio was recorded as a mix of the two, so removing unwanted noise in post would be time consuming and success isn't guaranteed, especially if the file is in a compressed format It would have been possible to edit out the unwanted noise either live by a sound engineer or in post if there are two separate audio tracks available. Asking the host to switch off his mic mid-interview is unreasonable, as it would interrupt the flow Microphones are very sensitive to wind or breath noise - this is why there is often a sponge cover on top. It's also a reason why good microphone placement is important In conclusion, the reason why we can hear the host's breathing and laughing isn't his fault. It's because there's a lack of personnel handling audio either live or in post Hi Mark, if you're watching. Ha!

Second biggest mistake in the sequel trilogy was letting Harrison Ford get his death scene in The Force Awakens. Biggest mistake was the entirety of The Last Jedi.
@Account.for.Comment
@Account.for.Comment 2 жыл бұрын
First mistake is making them with an audience in mind. Lucas, for all his flaws, try to capture Luke' s, Han' s and, later, Vader' s journey from one stage to another, in his trilogy. The Sequel tried to appease nostalgic and feminist fans, then fans of original trope subversions then whatever fanbase left.
