Mark never plays the same song the same way everytime. There is always a slight variation in the chords he plays but they always comes out beautiful. He is a guitar virtuoso & a rare talent.

For me, what makes him so amazing is not the notes he plays, but the notes he doesn't play. He doesn't overwhelm you with his guitar. He chooses each note carefully and tastefully and let's each note speak for themselves. Aside from the fact that he is a brilliant guitar player, this makes his songwriting one of the best in my opinion.

Remembering my lovely wife Sharon-over 6 years now. We played this as we carried her casket out of the service-sob. But thanx Mark, actually saw him play this live at Christchurch a few years ago now. My youngest son shouted me the ticket as I think he knew this was the closing track. I’m a Sunderland supporter. This is the tune out great rivals Newcastle United come out onto the pitch to. However, this song is special to me, a great friend of mine I served in the army with who was killed in Afghanistan was an avid Newcastle supporter. Every time I hear it I automatically think of him. First time I've heard Mark play i was 10 years old, now i'm in my 50's and this is the only love in my life that hasn't change trough the years and experiences i had in my life.. his unique sound makes my heart melt and brings water to my eyes... sure there are others great guitar players, but no one hits me like Mark does, not even close... just me I guess and this special love that will never die...
