People wonder why Mark has gotten so many movie roles. That question should be answered by this video. He turns up on turn fully prepared, doesn't complain or cause drama and just works hard to get the job done. If he has to get fat to get the role - he gets fat, if he has to be skinny - he gets skinny and everything in between - no complaints, he is ready for it, hungry and fully committed. You don't hear this a lot in movies/etc but if you work your butt off an appreciate the effort that everyone puts in to get a film/tv/net series done and put in a similar effort in whatever you have to bring to the work, you will go far. If you have ever wondered how some plain looking, seemingly low talent dudes (he isn't) get roles - this is a huge factor.

One thing I've noticed in Mark's training, and both Mark Wahlberg & Mr. Donnie Wahlberg are 10th Degree - Whitebelt Angels in/re 10 Commandment Way now, always, regardless of all always, is in some recent footage I saw in one of his Television works shows, he was in a combat scene and I noticed he was throwing a topfist, it was like a hooking topfist, a right hook topfist actually and while defending another quarter, he was intercepting a punch while throwing the topfist hook. But I noticed he showed tremendous & purposeful, direct mercy, and restraint in his technique, he could have easily knocked this dudes block off in this particular combat sequence, but chose not to, and held back, withdrawing much of the force he could have generated, pulling the punch a bit. It was great to see, man, peoples showing love in their training, & combat when we have to. He was getting some nice arc off of it too, I recall it, like a perfect circular arc. I was thinking one other option in that combat sequence is Mark uses the dart-jam on his opponent's incoming right punch that he had intercepted, dart-jamming with his left hand to intercept, etc the incoming right, drawing it downward in an outside arc, grappling from a top grip with a wrist-lock, is right, while still throwing his right topfist hook. Same kind of idea as he was already doing with his interception of the incoming right, just also grapple down that incoming right with a wrist-lock in the dart-jam. Mark's pretty inspirational in combat anyway though, yikes. We're glad he's so nice about it, showing such good restraint and responsibility, and straight up mercy & love for his opponent(s), aroaa. It was one of his recent TV shows, I'll have to track it back down again someday which scene that is.Mark enjoys being super strong, he loves strength training, and yet stays totally limber too, it's a good combination for him. Good moves, and good form for Mark. Class, this stuff happens so fast on film that we can probably barely see it anyway, but it's fun stuff to study, it's good for us. Mark is having a good impact & effect on the Universe, aroaa, lol.

My first thought was "if you have problems with 6-7 meals a day then why the f... do you eat 6-7 times a day and how is it related to plant based or meat based diet?"
