Absolutely agree. Also it seems Ling has more of sweet tooth than Mark. I love that she always orders deserts or sweets and Mark kindly tastes them.

Wonderful looking food there Mark i think i could enjoy every dish you had there, especially the first two 'curry' style dishes you tried, they just looked soo tasty... Huen jai yong is amazing! Was there last year. You should check out Charoen Suan Aek next time for northern Thai food. Been going there for the past 5 years. Not quite as serene and beautiful as huen jai yong but the food is even better in my opinion. It's a bit hard to find but it's much closer to town as well!

Wow no mask ? no COVID-19 precautions but the staffs wear mask..those foods look so appetizing esp the sticky rice in those tiny baskets..love the Khua ho 9:18..maybe I'll cook it tomorrow P.S. that restaurant holds a very deep cultural values of Thai people.. so beautiful....
