Aegean Airlines FOOD REVIEW - Flying from Munich to Athens, Greece!

To get from Munich to Athens, my wife and I flew on Aegean Airlines, the Greece national airline. In this video, I'll give you a full review of our flight and especially show you the food on the flight and at the Munich Airport.
First of all, we arrived to Munich Airport, and we were really hungry. I didn't know at the time, but Munich Airport is ranked as one of the best in the world, and it's very nicely designed.
First, we stopped at Dallmayr, a German cafe and restaurant to have breakfast. Total price - 32.70 EUR
Our flight left on time, and we were served a full lunch on Aegean Airlines including pasta and chicken. It was alright, not bad at all.
There's wasn't too much leg space on our plane, but overall, it was a great flight with Aegean Airlines.

It's Fathers Day. When you were sopping up the yolk with the pretzel- it reminded me so much of my Dad who loved fried eggs and would do that with toast. My Dad passed away a year ago. Thanks for this wonderful memory. It brought tears but also smiles. He was my best friend.

i took the same airlines on my flight to Athens from Zürich and i was amazed at the service, it was not expensive but they served food. we had one checked-in suitcase but when they saw that we had 2 suitcases, they allowed the second suitcase checked-in free of charge.

Love Aegean Airlines and their food and flight attendants! I had a very pleasant experience in 2008 flying from Munich to Athens as well! Brings back great memories! Was trying to reach my newly wed wife who was attending a conference in Athens. We honeymooned in Greece and Germany then.

Those are red currants Mark, they go great with venison or other game meats when made into jelly. It's also often mixed (the red currant jelly) into meat cooking juices to make a gravy.

When I say jelly, think along the lines of cranberry sauce. It's like that but all the bits strained out leaving a clear bit free jam that accompanies meats.

I am Greek and Aegean Airlines is in my oppinion the top airline company in Greece and one of the best in Europe, at least according to my experience. Although it can be a little expensive.

The little red berries are red currant, they’re pretty common here in Northern Europe. I live in Sweden and walked past some red currant shrubs just earlier tonight :) I prefer black currant though because they have more real flavor to them, red currants are nice but they’re really just sour without much specific taste to them while black currants are just glorious no matter if you eat them plain or have tea or candy with black currant flavor

I don't know what it is like in the rest of the world, but to get a hot meal included in the flight is a complete rarity nowadays in Europe. I think Aegean must be one of the only airlines to still offer it, so good on them! They are my first choice for flying London to Athens because of it.

The berries are red currant and Dallmayr is famous for their coffee - Dallmayr Prodomo is something that says good coffee in Germany (my granny made sure to always serve it on special occasions)
