50:15 This is me every day! 😂 It can take hours to plan the day's activities, pack the right stuff, and get into the right mindset. It helps so much to know Mark has the same OCD! 😅🙏🏾

I tended to obsess with sections of the body or certain lifts over the years. Now I am obsessed with being in the best overall shape of my life in my 50s, looking forward to another 50.

I totally relate to being excited to get older. Im still on the back half of my 20s but feel better then ever. I cant wait to see what i look and feel like at 30 and 40 when I'm 10 and 20 years into tracking what i eat and consistently training

If you are a beginner like me, enjoy it. If you have been training consistently for 3-4 months and have everything logged, (training routine, rest times in between sets, rest days between training days, diet, sleep, stress management) When you plateau and cannot get passed a plateau, hire a coach 😅

I remember I used 135 on squat bench and deadlift for 3 months. I started with 3 sets of 10 on all exercises. By the end I could do 7x10 on bench & squat, and 10x10 on deadlift. I was legit eating $2000 of food a month and gained 30lbs in 3 months. It was rediculous.

Question for Power Project and fans. Any of you guys ever deal with nerve pain issues? I've recently dealt with shooting pain from neck to finger tips plus tingling and numbness.. but moreover a loss of motor function. Can't activate the lat. bicep and parts of the forearm. Got to the point I can barely curl 20lb. On the mend now but has been a major set back. Anyone relate? How did you deal with it?

I second people thinking the shirtless man who looks good is a douche, the guy driving a Lamborghini is a prick, the hot woman is an airhead. It's true in some cases actually. Some are the opposite of the stereotype and actually are down to earth and not wicked people. I don't know much about the Lamborghini world I don't talk to many of them or see those not actual jerks they are probably out there. Many lifters are jerks unless you are actually strong with some being nice and not elitist. Many good looking women actually are not airheads. These are stereotypes made by those who are less than they are to cope with why they suck and don't have what they have.

The fact that my girlfriend makes fun of me for not ordering fries and getting a double double protein style no sauce just pickles mustard and tomato, I tell her I literally eat that at the Sherman Oaks In N Out and drive 6 minutes to the Van Nuys LA Fitness and CRUSH a lift or run, SHE CANNOT BELIEVE ME😂😂😂 it makes me feel a lot better than bread but HOW are you consuming 10 Pattie’s sir? I’m 6 4 and 210

Loving the content, but I can't stand for the marching band slander. Running backwards and sideways at 200 steps per minute, wearing a 50 pound drum might be the peak of my atheletic career. There's a pretty solid video on athleticism in Drum Core around on KZbin.
