Creatine mono hydrate absolutely helps hydrate the muscles and does have some performance output benefits. Hydration is one of the most "unsexy" aspects of performance in the gym but I absolutely recommend people using creatine monohydrate. If you're 200+lbs take 10g/ day. I use 5g in my pre workout and 5g during with EAA's, 1000mg redmonds real salt (and or electrolyte like LMNT) Some days I use an intra carb powder as well.

I HATE THE SUPPLEMENT INDUSTRY. One week hey everyone needs to be taking this. The next week no nvm mind it’s bad. The next week wait nvm it’s good. The next week no wait take it but…. The information flips almost daily

I've been taking Kratom daily for about 5 years now. I do a couple grams split up throughout the day. It is a great supplement. It can be addictive and it does effect the opioid receptors. I was also a heroin addict for 10 years. It can help you recover from addiction (which is a good thing, right?) by effecting those receptors in a way that sort of shuts them off but confuses them into thinking they've been tickled. Kratom is immensly safer and less addictive than Methadone or Suboxone. I use it for a general anxiety reducer and overall miod improvement supplement. It does, as a bonus make my body feel good and puts me into a state of mind where concentration is lazer sharp and flow is easily achieved. When we talk about what's addictive we need to consider how everything is potentially addictive.

Kratom is a mind altering drug. I don’t judge you for using it , but to call it a supplement and claim that using a couple grams daily isn’t addiction is just false.I use caffeine daily but but I don’t claim it isn’t a drug and I’m not addicted to it

@@ZGADOW I never stated it wasnt a drug. I did state that I use it as a supplement, not that it is, or should even be marketed as one. There is a whole lot of poorly informed individuals on this subject. I've been a heroin addict, alcoholic and prescription drug addict. I would be sick without a fix. I detoxed in jail with no help, no meds, nothing. Stayed stone cold sober for 2 years before I found Kratom due to an injury. I found it benefits me in all the other ways I mentioned by trial. I can run out before my next order ships in and I have literally 0 detox symptoms whatsoever. I also do a flusj once every 60 days and gp a week without it. Again, mo symptoms. I just do tjat for peace of mind/mental toughness due to beimg an addict. I was just sharing my anecdotal experience.

Kratom was meant for you to get off heroin not to take long term. If 10 years of H wasn’t bad enough you’re just making things worse with kratom

@@briandupre1494 couldn't agree more on fadogia. The pumps are insane and my muscles feel instantly harder like all the time. I take hmb daily. I've cut fat and gained at least 8-10 lbs with HMB. Its the real deal as well.
