I come back after all these years to be greeted by the same intro I heard when I first started watching his videos. The nostalgia right now is insane...

I honestly hurts to see how much the algorithm has screwed you over dude. You’re a super talented artist and wanted to see how you were doing but you do not show up anywhere on KZbin (I knew your name was Mark but I couldn’t find you again) and I searched drawing and none of your popular videos showed up. I hope you’re doing well and I wanted to say thank you for everything.
@afz30033 жыл бұрын
He's a publisher author of over 40 boooks. Drawing guides and a story book. I think KZbin is mainly a secondary income, which is smart for an artist.

You could say every feather is just a cluster of very tiny, neatly arranged hairs. And especially on top of the head, they are the tiniest, tiniest little things! I've had canaries for a while, when it's molting time they'll gradually be dropping feathers here and there, and keeping their head feathers for last! Those head feathers truly are the teeeeniest tiniest things! Very cute.

Mark kind of reminds me of Bob Ross. Mainly in how he explains everything he's doing. No line is wasted.

You know I truly think your videos are the reason I continued to push myself with drawing. When I was 11 years old I stumbled across your channel while I was trying to teach myself how to draw anime eyes. Back when I was drawing on lined paper because that’s all I had. I’m 19 now and it’s been a while since I’ve revisited this channel, but I’m so glad you’re still uploading!! Many of the ones I watched when I was younger have been extremely helpful in helping me grow as an artist. I didn’t realize how much I had grown until I looked back at all my old art just recently. And,, Tomorrow I have a demonstration speech at my college where I will be teaching everyone in my class how to draw the face of a manga character. 11 year old me would’ve been so stoked to hear that I can do that. Granted, It took lots of practice on my part...but I also feel like it’s also thanks to artists like you that I’m able to successfully draw stuff that I couldn’t have imagined being capable of drawing when I was younger. So thank you for helping me learn and grow.

Is it considered plagiarism if I draw something you drew in a previous video, if it was just a setting/background? I loved your Alley drawing with a man walking, but instead of a man, I was going to add a robot. And also mess around with color.
