One pinochle deck provides lots of duplicates. 9 through Ace, each suit, two of each.

I do the first trick with a whiskey glass which I put over the first card and the other over the top. I challenge the spectator to get the selected card out from under the glass without touching it. Then they switch places. The second trick I thought was a bit lame. Better off doing Out of this World. Last trick is a version of Ghost Card. I prefer to put the selection in the 3rd position. Works better for me. When you execute the Biddle count you shouldn't put any attention to the section. Then you can show 5 cards faces one by one and only afterwards ask if they saw the selection. Just saying...

I clicked because the title says, "3 Best Card tricks Ever". And I think they fall a bit short. Now first, I'm not even an amateur magician. I won't do any magic that requires "moves" that regular people wouldn't know how to do. I know maybe 4 tricks, I used to know a few more when I was a kid. 2 of the tricks are super simple and I would never show them, but the other 2 I believe put all of these to shame and can be done by anyone. One of them I learned 4 days ago, and done by Matt McGurk 10 months ago, also somehow listed as the greatest card trick ever. But instead of using the phone I use 4 small envelopes. And the other I learned over 30 years ago form one of the worlds best close up magicians, Juan Tamariz. Both have solid "WOW" factor. I'm not saying those aren't "good" tricks, but I knew I wouldn't see the 3 "best' ever.

Thanks for your input. These are still three of my favorites, but I appreciate your recommendations for others to be able to see. The more good magic the merrier 👍
