Duck Breast
10-12 oz. duck breast
3 T butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig rosemary
sm handful of thyme salt and pepper
Peach Mostarda
2 apricots
1 yellow peach
1 T honey
2 T sugar
1 T mustard seed
1 T dijon mustard
1 tsp tarragon vinegar
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
