OPEC gave Nigeria a country of 220 million people 1.5million barrels/day while Saudi Arabia is allowed to pump 10 million barrels/day. This is 666.67% of what Nigeria is allowed to produce. This accord is very selfish, Nigeria needs to produce more because it needs money to develop internally. Can Nigeria just sell excess crude oil produced to Dangote?

The theft stopped because it's no more profitable stealth crude, shipping out to refine and then import, by then dangote refinery would have received crude locally and pumped more refined products before stolen products hit the market, that's why the theft ended.
