I'm 28 and still haven't found anyone who will hire me in the field that I went to college for. It's so hard to get a job when most entry level jobs have so many unrealistic requirements (5 years of experience ). I wish that more companies were willing to let people train/learn on the job so that we could get the experience. It's very discouraging and makes me feel so behind in life. I have 2 chapter 11’s that are dismissed. The reason I have 2 is because I did not use an attorney. I was trying to stop an eviction, but when I went to try to add another month’s rent to the bankruptcy, the guy filed another one. About a month later, I ended up losing my job. how do you make income now? what i would do is start applying for hvac (heating and plumbing), landscaping, and welding. in america at least trades are in high demand because people are getting lazy im sure in germany it is getting worse too. quicktrip pays pretty good and its really easy to climb the totem pole there. same with everything else, your gonna have a "boss" but i hope i can help somewhat, i would kill to be in your shoes right now though lol

Because of my son and my own experience, I now understand why it's important for them to stay in school until they graduate. After that, they can experiment with whatever they want. And it's perfectly ok if they don't end up in a job related to their career. Before they turn 30 it's crucial for young people to stay focused and stay in school. The Shiny object syndrome is dangerous for young people.
