My husband and I were lucky enough to dine in the lab in April 2019 before the unfortunate circumstances that lead to the closure of the original Gaggan. We agree that was the best meal we have eaten at any restaurant anywhere in the world, hands down. That’s saying a lot because we like Indian food, but it’s not necessarily our first choice. We will definitely book a table at Gaggan Anand for our next visit to Bangkok. Cheers to Chef Gaggan for sticking to his principles and moving on to the next, exciting chapter.

@@subhxsish no mate...Gaggan's other restaurant which he closed down before starting this joint was one of the best in the world. there were some indian elements to this meal...but nah...not indian!

@@strattus99 It is an Indian restaurant but it's a fusion one. Indian food has never been experimented with hence we don't consider this to be Indian but in it's truest sense all of them are Indian. Go and watch his Netflix documentary where he sums it up beautifully. And yeah his previous restaurant was consistently ranked in the top 5 of the world till last year. The new one might also enter into the ranks this year.
