Mark, I am always amazed at the places that you go and all the great food you feast on but the best thing about you is your reaction and appreciation of everything these great countries you visit have to offer. You're so genuine and sincere and that is so refreshing to see in this world we live in today. I am married to a lovely Vietnamese lady and we visit Vietnam every year and we do a little feasting of our own. Southeast Asia has such a variety of food. Thank you for this excellent video and I hope you keep doing what you and your wife do so well and that is to make thoroughly informative and entertaining videos.

You should come to Denmark, you can eat as many as you want for free haha. The seas are clean and oysters fresh. Picking oysters in the west coast of Denmark is as easy as picking apples. I've made a short silly documentary about this :)

The floating bamboo restaurant is really like being a king in a small island and having all natural wonders from heaven with the family. The crab is really a kickback dish slowing taking the meat out and enjoy it all on the water with sea breeze.

Hi Mark. Hi from Australia. I have been following your travels, especially your tips to Japan and Sri Lanka which I found fascinating. I wish I have been with you on this trip to Thailand as I am a seafood tragic and could not help salivating watching you hopping into that wonderful food. I did try the crab curries in Sri Lanka back in 1960 when it was known as Ceylon. My dad was stationed there for a couple of years and boy; were those crab and prawn curries pure paradise. Mark Weins. Watching your videos makes my heart happy. My pup and I usually dine watching your videos when I have to travel for work. Your vlogs bring routine to my busy life. Keep up the great work and if you ever visit Rochester keep us updated. Will take you on an epic fishing adventure on Lake Ontario and cook up the fish for you!
