For yourself or even a small gathering 8-10 people I agree, however for something a bit on the large side like a family reunion or an informal business meeting I could see it being just the right atmosphere. For a family gathering, it has the element right there; both sides of a family working as one but keeping the uniqueness of each. For business, it shows forethought, dedication, and a comfortable atmosphere.

I think u didn't watch the video. The owner only open on Sunday and Saturday, not all day but 3x. This place have nice environment and great food. if they open all day they might be full/hourly waiting list but they only open 3x on Sunday and Saturdays hence the queue.

I can't imagine there being a minimum as long as you just pay the same as a whole group. Instead of waiting that long you could probably get them to host you on a day they usually don't host if you offer to pay more.
