I'm always amazed by how you've managed to highlight how diverse each country's cuisine is but at the same time showcase the similarities we all share! I'm from Trinidad 🇹🇹 and one of our local delicacies is Bus up Shut Roti also known as Paratha Roti and our version can vary in sizes but it's finished off the same way as the chef did by putting it in a cloth and 'clapping' it together with our hands! I was in Krabi a few years ago and was undecided where to eat. I searched a video of yours and Nong Jok was one of the reviewed restaurants. So I decided to go there to see why it had your tilting head approval. They have a crab curry that was one of the most unforgettable dishes I have ever tried, and if it wasn't you Mark, I would never come across the restaurant. Wifey and I lived in Singapore (I was in the Navy), and we visited Krabi several times. We also had our honeymoon in Krabi. That’s our favorite place in the world, and the food was sooo good!!! ❤

Is it just me? This is one of my favorite KZbin vlogs. I watch every episode, but I have this thing of eating with your fingers…. I can’t watch most of the SW Asia videos. I went to Krabi and stayed at the Sheraton. They filmed the second Hangover movie there . We ate across the street every night and it was awesome family owned place with a gray cat they would walk through the restaurant. I loved it! Such nice people !!
