I am hungarian and I usually do not hate romanian people, but I hate those romanian person /as you/ who speak about hungarians as enemies. Transilvania was part of the Hungarian kingdom and was ruled by the hungarian lords for more than a thousand years, that is a fact, but now it's a part of Romania is another fact. Ok, but the people who live there can work together, it’s just a matter of intelligence.

We dont do complex salads. 99% of homes do raw fresh veggies you just grab while you eat your main dish. Its because of everyone used to live in the country side and the food basically went from your garden to your kitchen table. Wash it, eat it. Only complex cooking is when doing hot meals with sauces, etc. If its salads, its a very raw and super simple approach.

An amazing episode! You also got a real musical treat when the band was playing your table. The piece they played is called "Ciocârlia" ("The lark") by the great composer George Enescu (one of the most celebrated composers in the world). The song is meant to imitate the sounds of this bird. You created a really authentic experience both for yourself and the viewers, I really enjoyed it! P.S. I am romanian, living abroad and craving romanian food right now @_@
