Mr. Wildman you are simply awesome. Following your KBell and HClub exercises YOU have cured my painful flat feet AND my chronic back pain. At 72 I feel like I have been reborn, pain free. Also, I have finally grasped the "Volume" concept that you preach. Once I got the years and years of barbell/dumbell training out of my head, "Volume" makes so much more sense and the proof of it is in the results I have seen!!! You are very altruistic in giving your knowledge and expertise away for free. Thank you!!! Also love your wardrobe!!!! So cool!!!!

Hi Mr Wildman, Speaking of squats, another great way of improving those is yoga. I'm in my mid-50ies and lift weights & do yoga for decades. Both are perfect complements in my opinion. I just discovered kettlebells som 4 years ago, and club bells via your channel. Correct weight-lifting is "stretching under weight", as I read somewhere. Consider that to be a very sound judgement. yoga allows one to come to a more mindful approach, also improves the movability. And the both "ballistic" instruments, the bell & the club, also loosen tight joints & fascial tissue. Of course I cannot compete with my swimming times I had when I was 19, but my sheer strength has improved over my abilities at that age! And I'm more mobile, too. All the best for your great work. If you're giving a class again in Europe, I'd love to attend.

I never saw the correlation between getting better at the bottom of your back helping your lower back before. This was very helpful and as always very well explained.

Hi Mark. I happily echo Hobo Willy's comments. 66 yrs old I am. I started clubbells due to Mark, have acquired a Bells of Steel adjustable weight kettlebell, and also small maces to walk with all due to Mark (formerly I was in the CrossFit World - this is better). Also have Mark's programs - kettlebell & bodyweight - and working diligently on the get ups. Mark - I really like your jacket - Where did you get it please. Thank you!

Your outdoor desert locations continue to be very compelling... My favorite work out environment... Hopefully raining or snowing lightly.... Cheers!

Hey, what happened to Kettlebell 46? Did you skip one?

Good catch. I couldn't find 46 either.

Apparently I missed it. It’s in edit. I’ll put it up. Apparently I bumped it from last week.

It must be the private one. Plus you have a heavy club in the kettlebell playlist, just trying to help.

Great drill and it's pretty hard LOL. I sometimes think life would be so much better with low tables and no chairs at all. At least in your home anyway. As far as elsewhere like movie theatres and automobiles, I'd want a chair

Mark, genuine question: "Kettlebell 47"? 47?? Did we/I miss No. 46? No. 45 was uploaded on 22 Feb 2023. Or is 46 'hidden' for some reason? P.S.: *Love* the on-screen text-over for previous/review videos & 'new info'!! And, brilliant instructions, as always!

How do you drive the rib cage down? Any good cues?
@utubepunk Жыл бұрын
Mark discusses it a little more in his *Heavy Club Single Arm Swipe* video. To sum it up: _Ribs down is a method of contracting your core. Think of your belt line and rib cage far apart, bring them closer together. Your ab muscles should be solid and you should be able to breath behind the shield._ Hope this helps. Maybe Mark will see your comment and offer additional feedback. I also found a Squat University video on it as well.

Mark, what weight kettlebell are you using here? We look about the same size, and I’m out of shape and just getting back into exercise. My only kettlebell is 25 lbs and seems a bit much for these movements.
@MarkWildman Жыл бұрын
This is an adjustable bell which goes from 12 k (26 lbs) to 32k (70 lbs) Raven Concelment make a lighter bottom half for it that takes it down to 8 kg. Then it’s every bell you could probably ever need
