@timothywilliams4625 Well, she got the fall maiden's powers from Pyrrah's. Cinder will probably hear a voice of Pyrrah in her head. She'll get the relic of choice, and the relic will give Cinder a future choice about things or not. Cinder will get redeemed in future volumes, or maybe the 10th will maybe a final volume. Besides, Cinder has a lot of depression.

Since in volume 8 of RWBY, Cinder had a very tragic villain story. Besides, Cinder is a tragic villain. She's been through a lot of depression, anger and pain.
