over 50 years ago, I remember this was requested for me by my girl friend at our night club, that song would would always remind her of the summer of 1970 and thè love we found for each other, sadly it was not to be, but that was the best time of my life, ànd still feel the joy of that summer, and can remmember seeing she her face and her smile each time I hear this song, as if it was yesterday. Ànd that makes me smile ànd makes my day! Thank you.

I think this beautiful song isn't really one where you would see them appear to be having fun. Its a ballad and a sad one at that. Ob La Di, Ob La Da was just a fun song and that is how they performed it. They let their performance fit the mood of the song. Very professional.

@CattailsandRoses That kind of vocal control and harmonizing takes concentration even if you are an expert. Ask Dean, Junior, or alan if they were not having fun when you join our fb group! Dean still wears his hats and I'm pretty sure he didn't have a stylist. ;-)
