I enjoy your recaps so much. This is the first time that I've ever watched MAFS. I am re-watching this video . Wow! Both of you had pretty spot on insight on the couples: Lauren's need for validation, Emily's oversharing being her downfall, Brennan being guarded. Can't wait for your take on these final episodes!!

Every relationship requires that you learn you partner - regardless of how many partners one has or hasn't had in the past. Different people want/need different things from a relationship. It's not one size fits all.

Yes, Married-Emily might need a new friend group given what viewers saw. There is no way a true friend would let you show your who-hot on national television knowing your family, your groom and your in-laws would see that. ... Lauren's father came off as very "Yes! I Am Her Father" maybe because he's not as close with his daughter or maybe he felt he had to fulfill two roles on the day. Either way, the move from "me" to "we" can be difficult for sudden newlyweds, he should have given Orion a break on his wedding day. Emily's friends did mention prior to her walking down the aisle how amazing she was as a friend. Lily was talking about how if Emily hadn't been around she would have felt whatever-whatever. I think they might be saying "relationship Emily" might have some challenges not "friendship Emily".

Even if Orion wanted to say "wow, I have a black bride!" I don't think he would. Not on national television. And don't remember him ever saying he was open to dating a black woman. That he's never dated inside his race - is not the same.
