Banning Hefs sister in law a week after her husband passed away because she wouldn’t sign your NDA is crazy!! Like her husband was dying and all crystal cared about was that NDA. I refuse to believe hef wouldn’t have done whatever to help his sister in law take care of his brother in his last moments.

Caya is so refreshingly blunt and honest. I almost think Crystal is mentally unwell and Caya made such a point about the NDA’s. What did she feel she needed to hide unless she felt she was doing something wrong? I *ALMOST* feel badly for Hef.

Yeah I'm getting the sense that Crystal literally does, or did, have severe mental health issues and was coping in really bad ways. I do wonder how manipulative and ambitious she actually is though. Hard to believe it was completely by chance that she became his last wife at the end, with the keys to the kingdom.

.....all her secret real estate ventures while living at the mansion, she said no one knew about those... she had an agenda from the start and did a poor job of disguising it lol...if you just watch some of the Hef and Crystal wedding show you can spot the fakery, it's just bizarre

Crystal loves to control her narrative, but how is it EVERY person who speaks about her says the same thing? Entitled, greedy, rude, controlling. Caya took care of Keith in his last days and made him feel loved, unlike crystal who isolated Hef from everyone including his family.

I stayed less than an hour, never tried to say hello to Hef, and someone had called a taxi that was at the front door of the mansion (which I thought was not allowed). I hopped in that taxi so fast and left.

Hearing that Hef moved in new girls on the nights Holly was recovering from surgery was absolutely sickening….. listening to the podcast for so long and you still find out new details of how abusive and sick Hef was to her. it instantly reminded of when I would go on family vacations when I was in my early 20s and would come back and my boyfriend would have a new girlfriend. I feel so sick for Holly. 😢and hearing how the women after her treated Hef! She really truly loved him and he treated her like nothing. I know he died with regret especially because of what his son said about hef not wanting to make the same mistake as Holly. 😢so tragic the way she was treated and what could have been. He was over 80 years old and really needed to keep up the playboy imagine? I mean I know he literally invented it but come on, 81 and can’t get married a third time to the real love of your life? And just to do it anyway with the next girl? A true narcissist and abuser

Holly, you may have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. It is an autoimmune condition where your immune system destroys your thyroid gland. I used to have panic attacks and what you are describing sounds like Hashimoto's. It is very common, look it up. To see if that is what is causing your hypothyroidism, see a board certified endocrinologist and make sure to ask for an anti-thyroid antibody test. I also had heart palpitations and a hand tremors from all the inflammation. You have to be monitored very closely with any thyroid condition, not put on Synthroid and sent off. The dosage has to be carefully calibrated and you may have started off with too much.

I knew Marilyn Monroe was iconic, but not necessarily for my generation...UNTIL my graduating class in high school (2004) took a fieldtrip to Hollywood to see the studios, editing bays, behind the scenes tours stuff etc. and all the girls had on their best Marilyn swag for the trip. For someone who died in 1962 that's really impressive to still have that kind of sway. Also we saw the whole cast of Friends together on that trip...with Brad Pitt. That was rad. Anyways...good on the board for saving the house. I know the neighbors are nervous about it becoming even more of a tourist trap. But it's important, I think. They'll learn to love it.

Caya is new to me, I never knew any more about Keith than any other show watchers. I'm glad he had her until the end. Crystal is sue happy IMO, that & her turning off comments (because it showed true colors & different than her book stories) is what changed my mind back to my original opinion on her. I loved this interview and teared up when Caya was talking about Keith's last moments, they might've married for a paper but she didn't need to care as much as she did, yet you can see the heart she poured into their life together. If these NDAs were in genuine concern for Hef's wellbeing, I feel like Crystal would've explained that to her - it was that easy. But she didn't, so... yeah, what a lucky man Keith was to have chosen a woman with a heart of gold that respected his wishes, and even in his very final moments did everything to make him feel comfortable and loved. I wish Caya was around when you ladies were filming the show!

Crystal is quite the piece of work. . I think its gross the way Crystal talks about Hef in his final days, the way she describes having to take care of him , his "mess" how she was the only one who did and had to watch him die and what a sad man he really was ... just the way she talks about him, she never loved him, it sounds like she actually hated him, like deeply.. hey if that's the case, why is she still going around as Mrs. Hefner? $$$

Hi HOLLY, hope you come across this message. Have you ever considered detoxing or lowering caffeine intake? I've been drinking double or triple shot americanos for more than two decades with no problems, but a few years ago, I started experiencing strange anxiety. One time, it was while driving on a highway on the way to work *yikes*. About three weeks ago, I made the switch to decaf, and noticed a significant difference. There's still a little bit of caffeine in decaf but way less. Hope this helps you too!

I started having panic attacks on flights (frequent flyer) when they changed up the seating to be so tight- I suffer from claustrophobia. The people that HAVE to recline on a 2-5 hour flight need to be mindful of those they impact. They are no joke and people around you do not get how debilitating they are. I get a lot of -just relax or you'll be okay. When I have them I cannot breathe and feel like I am in a box that restricts my movements. Now I always have to have at a minimum an aisle seat and often just fly premium, first or business class to avoid an attack.
