Married Couple "UNABLE TO CONCEIVE" Even After Trying Hormones LOST THOUSANDS in Surrogacy Scheme

Married couple say that they were "seeking to grow their family via a gestational surrogate." "In 2020, the Smiths set out on a journey to have their first child. Unfortunately, despite nearly two years of invasive medical appointments, hormonal cocktails, and in vitro fertilization attempts, the Smiths were unable to conceive on their own. They decided to use a gestational surrogate.
But now they are suing for the following: fraudulent conveyance, Breach of Contract, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Fraudulent Misrepresentation, Fraudulent Inducement, Concealment or Omission, Negligent Misrepresentation, and Negligent Undertaking. They were also seeking an injunction, and recently had SEAM, LLCs and other defendants' assets frozen. SEAM is owned by Dominique Side.
