The mesa sounds quieter in the video probably due to the fact that it’s farther away from the camera. These amps are both being played at very very low volumes . Tv volumes .

Yeah just comparing solid state to tube amps at bedroom volumes . If you’re gonna play tube amps at low volumes .. the lower the wattage the better. And they’re prob gonna need a tube screamer if you’re playing dirty channels.

@@user-vu6rm2dh9g 25 watts of tube amp is way louder than 50 of solid state. Tube amps create an organic 3D sound . I like them particularly with a tube screamer .
