Great sounding amp - finally someone plays a demo that does it justice! Even Marshall’s own demos don’t sound that great. A Super Lead is a strange creature, and it takes someone who really understands them to make them sound right. Dave’s playing is phenomenal. Thanks Dave!!

just a thing, i run my vintage studio via an audio storm hotbox to tame the volume , consequently you can dime it and keep to bedroom level volume ! works a treat as this amp only does very loud, exceptionally loud and super loud !!!! and i would like to say thank you, thats the best demonstration ov this amp i have seen , excellent playing as well !

This is one of your finest videos and you've sold the Marshall Studio Vintage amp to me for sure and I will definitely be looking into getting one myself soon, meanwhile I'll carry on using my Fender Champ [made in Corona, California !!!!] and my Vox AC15 Speaker vintage original, plus my Boss delay , Wah Wah and Digitech distortion /fuzz/effects patch pedal. .Playing on this totally in the pocket and on the money ........stupendous.This 20 watt Marshall sounds great with pedals or cranked up without...........awesome ...thankyou for the dopamine rush [Ididn't jam today!, but tomorrow for sure]...cheers TJ Zen, God bless.

Was looking into one of these, used to have the 100W Plexi HW version, way to loud and heavy but I still have the cab. Knew you'd have one reviewed in a real world context. You nailed the review, it sounds better than the 100w to me. You always have great craic when playing, best reviews in town, keep up the great work!

20watt Plexi, they did a 800 version too, but I like Plexis; has an attenuating switch on the back too, I believe, that can take it down to 5 watts. It was $1300 USD in the store +tax, I scratched that idea and just bought a used 100 watt Superlead for about $100 less than that 20 watt new. Thing was I already had a really good attenuator, so it worked. Best tone ever. Hands down. Just love it, think about it when we're apart, that's how sweet it is....
