@@garynorth870 I was an athlete in my youth, high school and college. I also coached basketball on the youth, freshmen, JV and varsity levels. Gary maybe you like myself have been coached by some in your face, cussing type coaches and could deal with it. But I'm sure those same coaches could have got their points across without all the profanity and in your face stuff.

Charles Jackson I guarantee that when these moms aren’t around, these boys are cursing up a storm. The only people hurting those boys is the overbearing mothers that are worried that their sons feelings may be hurt. This is football not ballet. My son knows that there isn’t a word in the world that can hurt him and if the coach is directing that frustration toward my son. Then he best keep his head up and correct that mistake or I’ll correct it myself when we get home.

That's why these camps are typically more so an orientation than a real football camp. I played little league football in Richmond, Ca…and played High school football in Oakland, Ca(Same league as Marshawn OAL Oakland Atheletic league) and this is how we are coached in the inner city. Cussing at players is beyond normal where we are from.

I love Marshawn. He kept it real, didn’t apologize for being himself and kept it professional. Football isn’t a sport for helicopter moms. It’s about becoming a man.
