My sister gave me a recipe for the most wonderful brownies Ive ever had in my life. They are a bit pricey to make, but worth it. This is coming from someone who is not a big brownie fan. They are similar to these and called Marshmallow Fudkins. She wasn’t an exceptional cook, but she had a few terrific recipes, the brownies, an enchilada bake (recipe gone forever) and her potato salad which I make to this day. It includes Spanish olives, chopped and sweet pickle relish. She passed away very young from breast cancer and has been gone nearly 37 years. I’ll never forget her voice because we sound the same. I miss her.

I'm excited to try this recipe because with the addition of pecans, I can recreate the 1970's Mississippi Mud Cake that I enjoyed so much back then. BTW, I love your channel!

I've made something similar to this called Mississippi Mud Cake, and yes I would add pecans in it. So good...

Yes - just add in some nuts!

The peppermint marshmallows from Trader Joe's would work well for the holiday version. You are a wonderful person~! I've been watching this channel for a while and have become addicted to experimenting with small batch recipes.

Thanks so much for following along and I love the idea of using TJ's peppermint marshmallows. I think I still have a bag in my pantry!

I love your brownie for one recipe it has the best fudgy texture and chocolaty taste...so much my family of 5 all beg me to make them one....that being said I can usually get 3 brownies out of 1 egg(it's alot of work to do five individual brownies) Do you have a recipe that's bigger but with all the same ingredients,texture,etc that I could use?

I'd be adding brown sugar to sprinkle /drizzle on top , and/or any kind of jam to top.....
@katiefowler51707 ай бұрын
What flavor of jam? Does the brown sugar make the top crispy?
