I'm sorry for the family lost, but marta needing improved there, systems and employees behaviors towards customers, majority employees have nasty attitudes and most of their machines doesn't work properly, I call customers service too report, they doesn't take of situations, it's marta broken system and poor customers services

MARTA employees are trained inform, not enforce. De Excalation training is in place. But you have a lot of rude bus drivers taking matters into their own hands. And what happened to that bus driver was the result of that, and had nothing to do with the fare.

Yes them bus drivers do be nasty.. Marta start being nasty towards its customers when they start locking us out in the cold it be cold they be locking us off the bus and then they stay on break extra long they'll be very snobby and mean it's only a few that you can come by that have nice attitudes

He had already let them ride free that day and came back starting crap over the fare then when dude spit on the driver everything went left. If MARTA is going to continue charging fares, then a MARTA police officer should be on every bus enforcing this. You pay or don't ride. On the other hand, don't charge fares for buses but for trains only. Other than that I don't see much that can be done.

My dude was Kool he let ppl on when he wasn't supposed to and if u keep using ppl yes it becomes no ! He had a job and he wasn't a nasty attitude bus driver this man wasn't rude or nasty ! But there are bus drivers take it to far and really belittle ppl at times cause they do be short ,i hayenitnwas him love to the family 😢😢

Sorry the driver lost his life over something so silly as a fare. And I'm sure it was that younger black generation who seems to be mentally unstable and have no respect, let alone their elders. But once again, you should pay fare. You live in a capitalist system black people. How would MARTA survive to move you around the city for free? Don't use this man's death to try and get free rides. Yes this. I just watched a young man get on the bus and cuss the driver out because she asked for fare. He said "come on man wtf, it's just two stops" it's the mentally disturbed young men I see.
