I must say, however, that he does have a creative mind. But with MelodyShari at his side, he pitched her ideas with all the caveat to also be the go-to creative mind regarding the direction of the show and OWN NETWORK picked it up, and it took off. CK knows that he can't get rid of MelodyShari as he wishes he could because she doesn't do anything without thinking it through. This therapist is a featured therapist on the show and if anyone remembers including her there have been four Dr. Francis, the lady who wrote the play Mel was in and she talked to Melody's kids at the pumpkin patch about having to see their parents in different homes. She also worked with the women on the show to help mend their friendship when Tisha acted a fool. The fourth therapist tried to assist Mel and Martell with co parenting. They were all hired to be featured on the show and to promote their practices.
