I’ve gotten some great ideas from MS that I’ve reconfigured for my own taste. But she also veers into the TOO Long and fiddly to make. Like making flour tortillas for quesadillas for a freakin’ party where people gobble appys like crazy. Real glass ice circles are pretty cheap, and look lovely on a green tree. I bought a few every year after Christmas, and now have about 100 that maybe cost a total of $30. To make foil ice isles that look like a kindergartener made them, well, not gonna float my boat!

Personally, I never liked Martha Stewart's style. Too beige and bland for me. I think it contributed to this current landscape of beige interior design that people think is "classy"

We florists call it a "swag". The bow looks horrible especially for you Martha, very droopy and the icicles are not what you put on this. Decorate it like you do a tree, lots of variety and depth. Forty years in the floral industry - I know more than you do Martha.

I would never hire her. She also went to jail for using her fortune illegally. But yes I am 70 and retired and made enough money to help put my daughter through Berkeley and Yale and she is now working for one of the most vital organizations in the country as a forester. @@vjhreeves
