Everyone gets the treat today. It is nice attend Martha's cooking school. I am a great fan of Martha's cooking school. But I look at these recipes and modify them to make my own versions because I have my own health regimen that I have to stick to. In life, everyone is different. We have to incorporate whatever we learned into our own lives. In that sense, we can truly benefit from diversity as well. Martha's cooking school is always inspirational! 😊

I have a question about your swiss roll. Why do some people separate the eggs like you do while others don't and just whip the whole eggs to the ribbon stage? Which way is best? You might notice that I also watch the Great British Baking Show on Amazon Prime Video.

Why in the world did you give those three students one piece of cake to share

Martha, will I be able to accomplish this recipe if I'm oven poor?
@alisonholmes24092 жыл бұрын
I do wish professional bakers would include measurements in grams. Depending on how the flour has settled into the main container greatly affects how much a measuring cup holds. Even when Googled, I am given 4 or 5 different measurements in grams for that very same reason!
