Can you make a video on how to be muscular without compromising speed, or some strength training helpful for martial arts?

I really good reason and the best reason to learn home flexibility/mobile training is for everday movement and future body stablisation. I started stretching everyday sense April this year to be more flexible and be able to learn and practise taekwondo and karate.

Dude you're my inspiration with your videos and shorts i have become better at mi technique. Im actually working out, not a professional fighter but a martial artist. I want to look physically aesthetic since I don't looks strong. You have any video about how to plan/ mix a workout for the week with martial training and a gym or some sets?

I really wish I had access to this kind of content back in the 80s as a poor college student!

The 3rd movement in this video would be good for question mark kicks

I’ve got really poor flexibility with my hamstrings, have you got any recommendations?
@jkgardiner6 ай бұрын
Try doing an RDL (Romanian dead lift) motion, I demonstrate it one of my other mobility videos on this channel, you can do it with weight but even without weight can be beneficial.

Heavy compound lifts (rep range 4-7) to start followed by isolations (rep range 8-20). Include heavy weighted dips and weighted pull ups, full range of motion. Eat enough. Rest enough. 💪🏼

Love your videos. But I must say one slight thing that bothers me is someone misspelled consideration as concideration on those signs.

Yea I know, I actually noticed that yesterday! I rent the hall by the hour so it’s one of the other groups that use it.. wish I could have a full time dojo to myself
