I read more than 2,5k chapters and I loved it at the beginning but even tho he was a complete savage (returning every grudge tenfold like he said) at the beginning he becomes a complete and total pushover and keeps forgiving and basicly serving people who fucked him over really bad. And I know he was never bad but he took the people that messed with him out like the trash (maybe not right away but you know its gonna happen) and that just didn't happen anymore. Also it became really annoying how he kept being forced into marriage with the dumbest of reasons with chicks he met like 20 chapters ago. Basicly a dude comes to the MC tells him please save my granddaughter/disciple and the only way to do it is in that way and you are the only one who can do it, then MC saves the granddaughter/disciple and then the dude freaks all out and says now that you did that you dishonered her and now you have to marry her. Like wtf he can just tell this dude that he can kill the granddaughter/disciple if he prefers it to her being dishonored instead of caving in every god damn time. From all his wives he only actually wanted like 4/5 the others were all forced upon him. Like how they forced him to break through into a weaker stage than what he wanted cause it would be dangerous if he bacame to strong and nowone else could compete and then it turns out later on that all of those mthfckrs knew about a danger that needed exactly this strenght that MC could have (more or less) easily gotten and then they make him with the weaker realm fight the way stronger thing he could have taken care of with the strenght they denied him. And he basicly is their fckng lapdog giving them all they want doing all they want and when he says hey thats mine and they agree and oh big suprise there are some benefits there so now it belongs to the community again like wtf. And it stayed like this for at least 300 chapters so I gave up on Martial Peak which sucks cause it had really fast updates like everytime I looked there would be at least 2 new chapters. If I weren't absolutley convinced that MC is not gonna pay those guys back I might have tried to take it up again but it's been made pretty obvious that MC is just gonna stay a pushover. Sry for the huge comment. I also liked how he teaches them how to write the word death with the blood of some guy he just killed but my all time favourite cultivation manhwu/manhua threat is and will always be "wash your neck" I just love that one

I am really tired of reading manhwa but I di see a lot of manhwa recap one of which is this martial peak. I'm almost near the end like 350 something. It is really amazing. I also like as same u bro like the system and martial arts. But I don't agree with what u said about martial art reign. I mean what's wrong with resurrecting his parents. He had no option . And however we see in martial arts manhwa age doesn't matter at all so he had no concern at all by resurrecting them .

man, i used to read this but after that rape scene, it just turned me against the story and the mc completely....the way the author tried to play it off by making the girl fall for him after just disgusted me...that whole scene and arc was totally unnecessary and ruined the story for me...did he ever take responsibility for that girl or something??

The only bad parts is that two of the arcs are like fillers and are quite long. MC suddenly goes to a dream world and live a life there. These arcs itself are not bad but it was a sudden turn from the main story,we know what happened in the dream world has no effects on the original world ,the characters he meet in that world is not real and hence no value in the main story. which puts us off from the immersion of the story.and the worst part these arc is very long.
