He’s right all you have to do is stretch just remember to hold your stretches for at least 20-30 secs and don’t stretch for a little bit of time like you do in the mourning stretch hard for 30-40 mins really push yourself remember no pain no gain and that means no splits

That's how we did it when I took kajukenbo. I was a teenager and, I steel remember some of the kids screaming lol. But, yeah! We did a split as far as we could. And, then pushed us down with all their weight.

Tip; if you want to do splits, do the split. Even if not deep enough. Or make progressions by getting into a box stance gradually widen your stances while using chair or wall to support yourself in doing splits. It usually get 21 days or 3 weeks to do a full split.
