Winging it or not you paint the picture of how this guitar sounds and feels wonderfully - don't ever change! We like the fact that you are authentically YOU. I played about two hundred acoustic guitars before I bought my baby (a Martin X-series 00). I wasn't going to buy a Martin, until I started playing them! There is something about the way they sound that really is special, and the size is perfect for me (because I am quite a small person - actually to make my standard joke: I am the same size as Bruce Lee, but that's where any similarity ends!). It sits in a mix really well, and has such warmth in tone, and you don't feel like you're mounting an Elephant when you play! Thank you Jonathan again for a lovely dem and a great distraction! I have the 2021 000-15m and it is a great guitar. I got it on a great deal, as I was looking for a 00-15m. I am still going to get a 00-15m, and put the full LR Baggs Anthem in it. these are great sounding guitars, mic'd or Amped

@@JonIsJustTooLoud I have put the Anthem SL in my 2021 000-15m and it sounds great. My 2009 D-35 has the full Anthem in it and it does have slightly better sound amped and in recordings. I am just wondering the actual difference in the 2 LR Baggs Anthem systems in similar guitars. I installed an Anthem SL in a 2008 175th anniversary DM. While the guitar is an entry level Martin, it is not a bad guitar. But the 000-15m with Anthem SL was so much better sounding. so there is one comparison with similar variables.

I just bought a D-28, but I already know this guitar, the 00-15m needs to be the next (and probably the last). I just want a good quality instrument that's easy to play because of its size, that sounds mellow which gives me a completely different flavor, but also doesn't scare the neighbours. I usually write songs in the middle of the night, you see? And, not unimportant, I absolutely love the looks of this guitar. I know I will want to play it as much as I can. So yes, this will be my next guitar. It has to be. ❤️

Hi Jon I would love to see you do a comparison Martin 00015M v's Harley Benton cla 15mce solid woods . I purchased a Harley Benton cla 15mce in August nice guitar & incredible value for an all solid mahogany at £260 uk pounds inc shipping Germany to U.K. although the Martin would have an unfair price advantage I know , but would look forward to a shootout video, or review on it as I know you do a lot of hb's and Martin reviews such as the streetmasters etc ...

I have a 00-15 retro......very similar but maybe mine is a little darker? Mine is all African mahogany....or some call it Sipo....mahogany top guitars are very nice but only as a second guitar.....if you only have one I would go with spruce top....but as a second guitar.....very cool

Hi Jonathan, beautiful music by you , thanks. I had the opportunity to try that Martin OO-15M, and I'm fully agreeing on your comments, the sweetness of mahogany yet still the Martin type of sound. And true, the richness of tone in dpite of the size. Which size is so comfortable to play. I really hesitated to buy it, but €1300 was a lot while this Martin is worth it.

A 00 has the same depth as a 000, but the slightly smaller top brings all the frets a little closer to the body. They are ideal for smaller guitarists, or people who want a petite playmate for their larger guitars. generally, The 000 sounds great strumming as well as picking. The 00 might be a little bit small sounding but sounds great with finger picking.✌

I had a Koa GS Mini, I liked it at first, but decided it wasn’t a keeper. I always wanted a Martin 00015M, but thought it was too much money. I ended up trading the GS mini for the 00015M and getting the guitar I always really wanted. The Martin is a VASTLY superior guitar in my opinion. I love mine.

Both have different material for the TOP. The 15M has mahogany while the 17 has Sitka spruce. I prefer the 17 because it resound more than the 15M.✌️❤️
