Please explain what to do with matured ISA's - how to reinvest when you've used the new year allowance already. How does this work.

Matured ISAs stay in their ISA wrapper so can be transferred to a new provider USING THAT PROVIDER'S TRANSFER FORM (if you remove the money from the ISA it loses the wrapper). I don't know whether this has to be the same one as you've just paid into for stocks and shares ISA, but with new rules for cash ISAs you should be able to transfer to any provider of your choice.

Currntly ( might change from the time of my comment ) its a joke 20% from them but withdrawal 25% fee in rheir own gov website states if you had £800 youd have a total of 1k then if you remove all of it you'd get £750...

Isn't the cap £450k anyway? If you're a first time buyer you shouldnt be looking at a £450k. What's meme. You shouldn't be getting any help for the guberment if you have near half a million quid house.

Bro do you know how much the house is in London now? The property cap should be reviewed more frequently (at least a year imo) as there is inflation / change in market price to make the restriction more fair.
