Basically you never have to spend your own money and as long as your investments continue to grow, the bank will continue to give you large sums of cash as a loan, that you can repay over years. It’s called leverage.

Yes he increased the price for the aids drug but made INSURANCE companies pay for it not actual individuals. If any individuals needed the drug that didn't have insurance he would literally give it away for free. They hated how he absolutely outsmarted the big guys.
