Martin St. Louis jersey number retirement ceremony

On January 13, 2017, Martin St. Louis became the first player to have a number retired by the Tampa Bay Lightning. This is the full ceremony, featuring speeches by John Tortorella, Steven Stamkos, and many others, as well as the raising of Marty's #26 into the rafters of Amalie Arena.

As a Penguins fan I'll never forget the series when he played against us, even after the passing of his mother, and he still put on one hell of a performance. Martin St. Louis is pure class exonified, an excellent hockey player, and a top-notch human being.

When I was a kid, I had a poster of the current NHL stars. It had Joe Sakic, Datsyuk, Modano, Brodeur, and Martin St. Louis. That's how good this guy was, in a league overflowing with talent. Sad that he's going, but what a player to watch!
