I can’t find a similar journal on amazon. The one you have is only available in the UK and when I checked amazon they don’t ship it to the US. Great video. I’ve been keeping a journal on my daily meditation but not on my goals and not looking at it the way you showed. I will do that from now on.

As how manifesting works, I found 4 of blank journals similar to the ones you have and that I was looking for, while I was cleaning the garage. Yay! I’ve started to document my meditation and noticed I’ve improved. Thanks again for your videos.

I have seen other people use them with success. I however don't want any computers of electronic devices in the place of practice and see the diary as a form of talisman.

Martin Faulks Thank you very much for responding! I also feel that with the physical diary there is a stronger relationship. More energy involved. It's almost as if the diary was an extension of myself. And this does not happen with the virtual diary. However, I like the virtual security and tools, especially search tools, that can show me instantly, for example, every day that I wrote down a certain word.
