The balm is common in South Asia. In India it's called dragon balm/tiger balm. It's just used by rural people for pain removal, it's smells like menthol, and the gel feels like burning🔥. It can burn a lot if by mistake applied on testicles or underarm or eyes. It's actually a numbing agent that numbs the pain. Many street massagers use it you can just ask them not to.
