Do I need a legal disclaimer? Not sure... basically do the sensible thing and talk to a doctor before doing any drastic weight-loss or making crazy decisions. If you do what I did and copy a Las Vegas Magician (and arguably worse, a Juggler) you're an idiot and fully deserving of whatever happens... do it sensibly and do it right!

Seems like the Patagona Restaurant is part of the Marché Möwenpick chain which usually have a giant salad bar which is excellent. Möwenpick started out as a restaurant chain - Möwe is a gull and it is named after the way gulls eat LOL. Perhaps more famous for their ice cream label now. We have a Marché Möwenpick restaurant in Bielefeld I walk past it most days as it is very central.

As you seem like a night owl you'll SUFFER in hospital where it is early to bed and early to rise. Lights out at 22:00 at the latest and breakfast before 07:30 and even if you aren't eating it's noisy.
