There are some really great country musicians now. They just don't get played on the radio. Andrew Combs is a really great singer songwriter. The Wild Feathers are really great as well.

So natural and heart ♥ felt and incredible. Marty could do anything musically, yet was humble. I met him in the 70s and he asked me to drink coffee with him.

I got turned on to this song by accident, when a friend of mine gave me an old box of singles a couple years back. i came across the title and wasn't familiar with the song. I soon found out it had been a huge hit for Marty and had gone to Number one back in 1960 or 1961 (Don't remember exactly!!). Anyway, after playing the single a few times, I simply grew to love it. And it's become one of my all time faves by Marty. I occasionally play it for others and we all agree, Marty's voice is pure magic. Songs and singing like this don't come around too often these days, so I'm glad to have classics like this remind me of this man (and others from the past) who had amazing and real talent. Dig, DmGrk
