@OllamhDrab5 жыл бұрын
@@mightycarmods What'd be great is if they were made of that vinyl that seems to have been there forever when you buy a used car: I don't actually use them for oil changes, I just wrote parts numbers and brake types on them in pretty fine print in case my notes got left behind somewhere, (my vehicle was available with an assortment of say, brake pads, etc, and my block is from an earlier year than the head, which is different from the original, etc) Only thing is the paper's a bit vulnerable to window-cleaning. But it's a discreet way to show the colors, so to speak: it seems the locals mostly only would really sticker up *trucks* around here, so I've followed that lead. I would guess big stickers attract police hassles or something.
@sireuchre5 жыл бұрын
@@mightycarmods I think a roll of 16-20 would be nice, as I could go through 8 a year, roughly. I know being 2 sided makes them more expensive, but it is also what makes them so cool. The hot restart issue is common with E85 tunes. In most ECUs there's a function for fuel to be added based on coolant temperature and with gasoline, there's still usually some added, even when the coolant is up to temperature. Because the vapor pressure is so high on Ethanol at these temperatures (basically the slope is triple that of gasoline) the correction can basically be cut out completely. Tuning Fork can take care of that for you, as well as probably push your clutch beyond its limits (and then you get an Exedy Triple SD for the best street clutch ever when combined with the ACT Wavelock retaining clip.) Also, great choice on the wheels!

Never got to own one. But love the 6 from the couple I've driven. 6.5 is my dream car
@sevenifive5 жыл бұрын
@@DnosSFS Same, can't have them for anything but a track or show car here in the states thanks to the 25 year rule on imports. Driven a few 6's in other countries and they're amazing. Lighter than a CT9A and still just as powerful. Can't wait to finally have one here.

No whare even close the most mental evo stock comes out off the U.K. it’s a evo 8 fq 400
@sevenifive5 жыл бұрын
@@Kenny32441 I'll agree, most mental stock Evo. Not most mental in terms of potential. Still think that would be the CP9A. Go look up some of the twincharged Evo 5 and 6's that are in the UK and Europe.

We are lucky enough to have 260 gas stations with E85 in the twin cities in MN. I've My STI, EVO and Mustang were running it. I've always loved the feeling of putting new tires and wheels on my cars. I've recently purchased a 335i and can't wait to buy a summer set.

@@yodhipratamaa Eh maybe I'm just getting old, but I'd rather buy the Golf if we're comparing Marty and Moogs daily. Cheaper parts, performs just as well as the Evo with mods, and easier to use as a daily - very Q car. I'd buy the Evo if I wanted a specialised car (performance monster)

@@4our6ixkwvmz for people who have evo. He have another cars for daily, jdm legends owner always be like that. Their didnt think about parts or wasteful of gasoline. Thats why you cant see jdm legends in the street for daily, but if people see you one of the jdm legends like supra rx7 skyline or evo. Everybody will see you and you'll feel how proud you drive it broo. Thats the point why car enthusiast want to have the jdm legends and the price still high.

Dude that ride needs an exhaust plug and a fuel efficiency map asap. Ideally, a flexfuel setup too. Makes a world of difference when going on longer rides, or in case you (periodically) use it for a daily. Fuel efficiency map will be especially helpful when E85 availability is scarce. Even if you don't care about the fuel costs, that won't help you if you run out.
