When K2/Warped opened in Birmingham they had a massive foam pit there around 2000, I heard a few people say that was where most injuries occurred like it was a false sense of security.

Vobster is brilliant, they use it for not just for diving but swimming and some evenings paddle boarding, lovely clear water, helpful I imagine for fishing your bikes out😂

I've got a mate who used to swim there he said it was terrifying as you could see how deep it was.

I remember that foam pit in Newport! I remember riding BMX there around ‘98/‘99 and using the pit to practice for Dirt Jumping MTB. There was this 14 year old who was determined to nail backflips. His head was missing the coping of the ramp by an inch tops. We were scared of telling him how close he was because if he adjusted too much he could end up clipping it and whipping his neck back! 😬
