You can totally play as one it is sometimes even more challenging. I just personally enjoy 2 heroes for the interaction!

This scenario is just hateful. True story, I played it yesterday and was using Hulk and Black Widow. There were SO many minions on Black Widow’s side that by the following turn I was done for. Miracle of miracles, I pulled Hulk’s +10 attack card and with my pre-existing upgrade of +1 base attack I was able to whack Goblin for 14 health. Since I also had placed a retaliate upgrade on Hulk, when the Goblin hit him twice at the beginning of the round(extra attack from an encounter card) he had already taken 2 additional damage before the beginning of Hulk’s turn. So I K.O.’d him for literally the exact amount I needed to win the game. Hulk literally smashed his way to victory. lol! Epic!!! Black Widow did her part to keep the threat down. Overall, we won but I wouldn’t recommend this encounter for Hulk because he just can’t seem to crowd control like Thor.

Great playthrough and really looking fwd to some Rise of the Red Skull action, as well as Kang :) One minor observation: @1:01:45 you should have placed 1 dmg on Hercules and the other on Thor. That is because indirect dmg should be spread out evenly between all characters. It's in the rules reference page 9: "Indirect damage dealt to a player or group of players must be split among all characters that the specified player(s) control(s)"

Hi Colin, for cards that state "Hero Action (attack)" or "Alter Ego Action (thwart)" etc, do they mean that those card can only be played when taking an action that matches what's in th brackets? Or does it simply state what kind of effect the card has? I.e. (attack) will generally be a card that damages?

Good question! If it says Hero you can only use in Hero from. Likewise Alter Ego actions can only happen when you match that form! Hope that helps!

Nice game...I think my biggest problem with this game is the difficulty. Just feels to easy right now. I currently have something close to a 75% win rate even when playing in expert mode. Coming from LoTR and AH this is just a cake walk compared to those games. Maybe some of the new expansions will ramp up the difficulty level.

Oh I totally get it! I always play on expert, and agree with you. I will say if you play ever scenario with Doomsday Chair it will be challenging. BUT I want more variety than that. Hopefully it will come :) Thanks for watching!
