Bastion is one of my favorite X Men villains period,he is an interesting but complicated villain and that’s what makes him so cool. I’m glad they finally decided to introduce him as the main villain of X Men 97 which pretty much makes sense even though I hope they do reveal the Age Of Apocalypse as the story for Season 2.

Rob, you misspoke: Graydon Creed is the SON of Sabretooth and Mystique, not his father. And Cecelia Reyes is Latina, Frenzy is Black. Reyes' powers are a personal force field, not unlike Unus The Untouchable, while Frenzy has superhuman strength and "Steel hard" skin

I hope X97 is touching more on the prime sentinels than the comics ever did. I think they are quite a good challenge to the team considering one of them wiped them out easily. And having that mystery of who is a prime sentinel is also good for suspense and a good plot twist. I do hope they stick with Kelly also being behind it. I think that would really contribute to the inevitable Onslaught saga that would exacerbate Charles’ frustration even more. I mean this saga coming in is just obvious at this point. Not only that, but it will make Cyclops and probably half of the team even going off. I think Schism might also come into play here as another supporting plot for season 2 I would guess. I mean they’re already planting that with Cyclops, Rogue, Beast, and well, Wolverine is always like that. The team composition would probably be different and will depend on who will stay behind to “hold hands with humanity”. Well, I do hope the team pops off. I am a big fan of Storm, but I’m also team Cyclops was right and Magneto was right. But her character is always going to stay on the nicer side. In the comics, she has been more ruthless as of late. I want her to be like that after being basically reborn.

It looks like Bastion is going to at least attempt to turn Magneto into a Prime Sentinel. Since having that reversed is rare, is it fair to assume he gets out of that situation in some way? This looks like it is the situation that turns him against trying to be a hero and into his villainous old self. Although, many X Men look to be radicalizing and ready to follow his lead, no matter what it is.

If not that, don't forget that he has Magneto fitted with a nullifying collar. While Magneto is in control of himself, he can't use his powers if he wanted to and once he becomes a Prime Sentinel, it'd be too late.

The Gutherie family are cool. Paige Gutherie aka Husk, of the old Generation X, is probably the betterment of the family and potentially Omega level herself. Similiar to Synch who was also a Generation X member. She can just peel her skin and be anyone with their power, 'Husk', but her control of the strength power is still developing.
