They’re doing this so they can write shitty, lazy stories and if anyone complains about how lame the stories are, they’ll just call audiences homophobic, misogynistic and racists. This is what they’ve been testing the waters with. Both Game Of Thrones and Star Wars were completely ruined with terrible stories full of fan service and Mary Sue characters. When people hated the shows because they were terrible stories with one dimensional characters, they called all of us homophobic, even those audience member who are gay. Even the women are misogynistic if they didn’t like the movie or Hollywood’s favorite ad hominem attack; you’re all racists, even those audience members of color. It’s ridiculous, but Hollywood ran out of good ideas decades ago. They are running out of sequels, robots and remakes, so now their terrible talent at story telling is exposed, so this is their new way of covering. It’s just the old Emperor’s New Clothes, where they hope we’re all too afraid to say the Emperor is naked. Thankfully, many people have been brave enough to be vocal. About half the audience from GOT were courageous enough or smart enough to call the last seasons total crap. Unfortunately, there was still about 50% who were either too chickenshit to call it garbage or too stupid to notice how bad that shit was?

This is not representation it's an embarrassment. Lots of gay people just want to be left alone and live their lives. I'd never give myself a goofy haircut, a nose ring or stupid tattoos. I can somehow dress like a normal person and manage to be gay. Also, most gay comic book characters are just gay with no other personality traits. @@jovenc4508 Do a little sniffing and some that were never released are available on some sites. I've picked up TMNT 2k3 and X-Men animated series on bluray. I have X-Men on DVD and 2k3 TMNT *almost* complete on DVD as well, though. But there are some series that just don't have a complete release or never got a release at all. Then those sites also have things like....Marvel Netflix or Mandalorian.

The reason there is so much churn among comic brands is because hardly anyone is buying new books. It will be interesting to see what happens in the films now that the movie theaters have been out of business for the better part of a year. I think the film industry’s best shot is to make films and or tv shows that appeal to people in Florida and Texas but I think that’s the complete opposite direction of what they’ll actually do. The thing about captain america is he is supposed to represent the usa. His birth in ww2 to represent a united nation and its ideologies. Captain america is ment to represent the ideal american , and our armed forces. The moment they give him an unclean apearance, take political sides,and make him push ideologies is the moment he stops representing the common man. Cap isnt defined by just a shield or his super serum , he's defined by his roots a normal guy who wanted to help out the world.
