Dark City is a must. After that, X-Men, FF4 are ones that I'd get again. The rest are just nice if you want more cards. I'd like to see Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver in the game.

I understand how they do the small box sets and I love the theme it brings, but with a lack of a henchman group it sometimes breaks the theme. I would pay the small box price for a collection of 10 assorted henchmen groups, but I understand that it wouldn't likely sell well.

Absolutely agree about Dark City, it's one of the best expansions to any game I've ever played. It completely improved the base set and added so many great characters and schemes.

i tried being the mastermind twice, first it was 1 v 1 because i just wanted to try it, no good for that of course, 2nd time 1 v 4 or so, it sucked because i thought it would be cool to have my own hero deck like it suggests, dont do that, you feel like you are playing by yourself, have 1 deck for everyone so there can be some competition for cards, i think that might work, but i have not tried it yet

I have just come in the Legendary Universe. Everyone says that Dark City is the best expansion to get, but as it is out of print, it costs 80+ euros, money I am not willing to spend. Which expansion is the best to buy in your opinion as first expansion? (Including the newest expansion) Thanks for your time

From this and other lists, it seems that generally the expansions get worse as time goes on. I'm fairly far behind on expansions and have pretty much concluded I don't need to pick up any of the newer ones.

Stamatos i believe it’s out of print for some reason. I managed to get the final copy of Dark City that my Local Game Store had.

It's currently out of print, just like Captain America 75. Don't spend the huge bucks, they will reprint it in time.

I can't believe you even bothered to rank Homecoming but Villains only got an honorable mention. Homecoming is an abomination along with the MCU re-rerelease of the base set. They need to be boycotted and never spoken of.
