It was acknowledged in the Sam Remi movies because in the comics and cartoons it was often established that Spider Man liked Parker’s work and would pose for certain shots to show off, which was believable because it matched his often wise cracking personality Other reasons that were sometimes used were that he posed for Parker as a way to taunt Jay Jonah Jameson, or that Parker was Spiderman’s acquaintance sort of like a Superman and Jimmy Olsen situation, but not as close. I think there was even one instance where Parker was Spiderman’s official photographer It’s not like it’s something that’s constantly ignored

Because both Stan Lee and Jack Kirby canonically exist in the Marvel Universe there are a number of serious 4th wall breaks where characters learn they are characters in a comic book Spider Man once saved Stan Lee and was told by Stan Lee himself how he wrote and created the Spider Man Comic. When Ben Grimm dies and the Fantastic Four go to Heaven to retrieve his soul, they open the door to meet The One Above All aka God and it’s Jack Kirby sitting in a modern den working on a drawing board. He mentions his collaborator a nod to Stan Lee, and then literally draws and erases stuff on the drawing board which actually appear and are erased So a number of Marvel characters are aware that they are characters in a comic book

they didn't save the city, they were too focused on beating the villain with very little to no concern about the people which resolves into structural damage and deaths meanwhile in the DC universe, they ARE concerned about the people near the danger and when there's property damage, they don't cheer about their victory, they help out clear the rubble along with helping people find temporary or permanent homes while it was being rebuilt by the Gotham or Metropolis government
