I think one cool way to include the Spider-Man grave imagery would be to have him killed by RDJs Doctor doom and get resurrected by the symbiote, it’d be a cool transition between the father son relationship they had and the bitter rivals they will be now

Honestly the only franchise part of the MCU that I have hope would not turn these moments into a cheap reference would be the new Spider-Man trilogy. Though he started out the most greater MCU dependent character it's clear Marvel was trying to build his own distinct "world" at the end, like we're used to seeing of superheroes but need for Spider-Man especially. Which means whatever they do next they should be able to break the MCU formula. But I swear to god if him rising from the grave doesn't have the same energy as John Wick breaking his basement floor, replaced with an "oh man, that just happened" moment... I'm probably just exiting the theatre idk if I'd do much else.

Cool Marvel Legends Doom! Hope you enjoy Hickman's Avengers. I read all of it but don't remember it, so would be great to hear updates! I would love to see J.M. DeMatteis' Kraven's Last Hunt on the big screen, and would especially love to see J.M. DeMatteis' Spectacular Spider-man 200 "Best of Enemies", my childhood favorite Marvel comic issue adapted, with Spider-man holding Harry's hand after Harry redeemed himself and then Harry dying after his battle with his addiction. However, I don't want it in the MCU because I want a sincere adaptation and I dislike the MCU-verse with how nihilistic it got with the time travel...what happened to the souls of those in the multiverse timelines in Endgame? With great power came no responsibility imo. I didn't see all the MCU movies before that, and the first Disney related thing I saw this decade was Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 which is my favorite Disney thing since Inside Out, and I'm hoping to see Inside Out 2 soon but I'm not interested in the MCU as of right now. Trying to force a The Last Hunt as Kraven’s first appearance when he doesn’t even exist in the mcu is dumb. You don’t want the stories adapted, you want the panels adapted. 😒 Most of what you mentioned won’t hold a candle to the comic book moments beyond it literally just being a reskin of a panel. Doesn’t mean they should happen. Also, everyone in the comments section speaking on the relationship between Spiderman and Doom and how they should have a rivalry instead of Reed and Doom, Doom and Tony aren’t the same person. (that would be like saying the Joker is a Flash villain because they fought a few times XD). Everything that's interesting about him is related to Reed and his involvement with the Fantastic Four, as is all his best story. Without them, you could swap him for a number of different villains and the result would be the same.
